Our Classes

Weekdays: we work out every week Monday-Friday 5-7 p.m. Participants are encouraged to begin with road work, after which we do a rigorous set of calisthenics as a team. From here workouts are more individualized and there is leeway for people to do their own thing. Sparring for those interested in competition happens at the behest and under the supervision of coach Stanley on an as-needed basis if and when it is available.

Saturdays: We conduct two separate workouts on Saturdays;at 12-2 p.m. we have our regular boxing work out, then around 2 p.m. we meet at the track feild in _____ park to do a rigorous set of running drills which are designed to prepare a fighter to go three three minute rounds of high-intensity competition.
